  • How do we define labelling hour?

    Taskmonk charges customers based on platform usage (not # of users / data / projects etc). Usage is calculated as a function of time spent doing labelling work on the platform. The metric used for measuring labelling time is “Labelling hours”. Labelling time = Time Stamp @ task submission - Time Stamp @ task displayed to labeller.

  • What is tiered Pricing?

    The price per labelling hour is fixed for a particular usage bracket/ tier. A lower price per labelling hour is offered once the tier threshold is met

  • Can Taskmonk be used with external labelling teams?

    External labelling teams can be onboarded onto Taskmonk. In fact, you can onboard multiple teams and allocate specific projects to them.

  • Can Taskmonk be used with a combination of internal and external teams?

    Generally, this combination is used with the external/ outsourced team doing the first level work and the internal team doing quality control.

  • Does Taskmonk provide labelling as a service?

    Taskmonk also engages with customers in a managed services model wherein the inplut is raw data and the output is

    labelled data. The pricing for the managed services model will either be on a task or FTE basis

  • Can Taskmonk be deployed on private clouds?
    When necessary, Taskmonk can be deployed and maintained on private clouds. However, this will entail additional charges.
